The stairways of the existing building are made of free stone and in the new building of natural stone. Rooms and hallways have oakwood parquet floors. Kitchens have ceramic tiling or parquet floors. Bathrooms and WCs have tiles made of stoneware.

Inside doors
Doors inside the apartments are approximately 2.26 m high with stainless steel handles. Double doors and sliding doors are room-high elements.

Bathrooms and WCs
Luxuriously designed bathrooms and guest WCs using quality brands (for example Villeroy & Boch). Showers with glass walls and one-handle built-in mixers (for example Friedrich Grohe).

Central heating and warm water by use of long-distance heating. Underfloor heating in all rooms of the new building, in the existig building a new heating system. In all bathrooms additional electric radiators for towels.

Front doors equipped with video intercom system. Lighting in underground parking, foyer and outside the buildings by motion sensor.

Stainless steel elevator doors and cabins. Elevators go to every floor.

Outside grounds
Partly private gardens. The ground at the back laid out in the style of a park, designed by a garden architect.

Underground parking
16 spaces for underground parking, docking stations for electric cars.

Apartment doors with additional anti-burglary protection, in the new building with resistance level 3. Central locking system. Remote controlled access to undergound parking.

Optionally available in units of the new building.

Individual wishes
Several finishings and interior equipment can be customized, with choices for materials, colors and brands. The floorplans can be adapted to individual wishes, while construction is still in progress.
